The Labradinger is a hybrid dog. His parent breeds are the Labrador Retriever and the energetic English Springer Spaniel. He is a happy, cheerful blend of both breeds, and eager-to-please dog. The Labradinger can be willful and will require patience and perseverance to get him properly trained.
He is most definitely a working dog, a trait he inherits from his parent breeds. With a love of spending time with his family, he is a perfect fit for the active retired owner or one who works from home.
Because of the mix of English Springer spaniel and Labrador retriever, the Labradinger is considered a designer dog and therefore is unable to join the American Kennel Club’s (AKC)
